Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At Start Pleasure, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals.
  • Certain items, such as intimate or sanitary goods, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@privatepleasure.com or +33 1 43 05 95 67 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack your item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package.

  3. Ship the package to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service to ensure the availability of the new item. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@privatepleasure.com or +33 1 43 05 95 67. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. International Returns

For customers outside of France, please note that international returns may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
